A combination of Cuminum cyminum (Zirah Safiad) Piper nigrum Linn. (Filfil Aswad), Tamarindus indica (Tamar Hindi) and foeniculum vulgare along with other suitable digestive herbal ingredients helps in toning up the mucosa of the stomach and brings about a well tolerated balance between liver functions and gastric activities.

CONTRA INDICATIONS
High blood pressure patients should avoid to use this tablet.

DIRECTIONS
Liver Dysfunction: 2 tablets of Carmina plus immediately before meals twice a day. Abdominal Pains: 2 tablets with luke warm water. Repeat the dose after 1 hour if pain persists. Acute Indigestion: 2 tablets in acute indigestion; 1 tablet in case of nausea or vomiting should be sucked slowly. Chronic Indigestion: 1 tablet each before and after meals for a few days will relieve heartburn, acidity and acid eruptions and will tone up the mucosa of stomach to secrete its normal juices. Loss of Appetite: 1 tablet after breakfast. 1 tablet before each meal. Abdominal Flatulence: 2 tablets in complaints of gases, palpitation and restlessness. Chronic Constipation: 2 tablets at bedtime with luke warm water. Note: Carmina plus can be taken by people of all ages. It can also be taken during pregnancy. For children the dose is ½ – 1 tablet according to age.
