Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of herbal and personal wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened.
Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product missing from order
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
Once verified, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
